A Gulf Coast native who knows I-10 from Houston to Pensacola like the back of my hand, I now have the pleasure of calling Austin, Texas home. I am a writer + marketing consultant (yes, it’s as ambiguously fun as it sounds).

I graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Mississippi School of Journalism + New Media (Hotty Toddy!) majoring in Integrated Marketing Communications with a minor in Business.

In a delightful past life, I led Community, Influencer + Public Relations for CPG powerhouse, Siete Family Foods. It was my time there that cemented my love for telling stories + connection. It was a masterclass in how to build a brand with rich-storytelling, purpose and deeply held values—and how to translate that into growth.

Since 2024, I’ve had the honor of working with lifestyle, food + wellness brands as an independent consultant. As a creative, strategic and extroverted individual, I am passionate about nurturing small businesses with compelling stories to tell.
